Vann Gannaway Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team.  Bilingual preferred!

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and build a relationship with new and potential customers
• Assist the customer in finding a vehicle that meets their needs by actively listening and asking questions
• Perform Chevrolet training courses to stay current with product knowledge and vehicle technology
• Provide an exceptional customer experience in-person, on the phone and through technology such as email and text message
• Maintain a strong owner follow up system to encourage new and referral business
• Learn to overcome objections, offer alternatives, and close sales.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
• Outgoing and friendly
• Strong communications skills in-person and over the phone
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed

Experience

Previous sales experience required.  Customer service and phone experience is a plus.  Qualified candidates should have a professional appearance high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
